| I stayed in the penthouse suite just this weekend gone, and was happy with the service we got and the room was very nice, one of the best i've stayed at! It was also nice to walk out of the hotel and see Barbara windsor walk past! | |

| We spent our wedding night here and were suitably impressed. Very grand yet cosy with lovely personal touches. The little radio by the bed happened to be playing the bridal march as we walked into the room! Magical night !! | |

| Beautiful place. Absolutely charming atmosphere. Rooms were quite nice.i have to say that the breakfast was a bit slow, but tasted wonderful. | |

| Lovely hotel with excellent staff who can't do enough to help you and actually seem to be enjoying their job. Aline the concierge is a star. Very nice rooms (don't forget to take your CD's as it's nice to listen to your own music and the rooms have CD players). Only one complaint - breakfast took an eternity to arrive on both days I was there. | |

| Very nice hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. The room was nice but the bath too small. The breakfast was disappointing and we had to wait 15 min. for eggs and toast. |

| Absolutely wonderful! Bedrooms are lovely, as is the rest of the hotel. Staff all very helpful, they can't do enough for you, and very friendly too. Not what you'd expect from a luxury hotel, very relaxed atmosphere. | |

| The Charlotte Street Hotel was a wonderful venue for my husband and I to spend our anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Our every need was more than met. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. In the evening the West End was not far away and if you didn't wish to venture far, there were plenty of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We certainly will be staying at this hotel again and will recommend it to all our friends. |
