| I booked my room over 6 weeks in advance. On arrival at 7pm I was told (rather dismissively) that my room was being "refurbished" and I would have to stay at another hotel some distance away. I didn't have much option but to accept. They didn't initially offer to pay for the taxi to take me to the alternate hotel. I had to wait for nearly 45 minutes before the taxi appeared. I had chosen the hotel location specifically to facilitate an early morning meeting the following day and although I'm sure the hotel could have informed me about the "refurbishment" in advance, they did not. I was late for my meeting. Very poor service indeed. |

| Excellent location, thoroughly enjoyed stay of 3 nights, very good breakfast, room a little small although adequate for short stay and very nicely furnished. Will look to book again in December. | |

| i booked a night at the theatre for my parents as a present and thought i had also booked a night at the hotel grange langham. my details were given over the booking page as well as all my credit details, fine i thought, a nice break for them. then when they arrived i had the dreaded phone call from the hotel saying that the confirmation slip that i had received was know good and that all my details taken over the net were useless because they do not use them nor can they take payment over the telephone and nor could they take email details as their offices were closed. in the end i had to ask for my parents to pay for their own supprise present them selves. what a total embarrasing experience not one that you expect from a hotel chain such as this. so my words are beware when booking as the hotel did not even have the kindness to appologise | |

| I loathe to heap too much praise on this wonderfully serene hotel in the hope that the prices will not rise.Should be kept a secret to those who were lucky (or miserly enough)to stumble on this jewel.Plan to return soon if only to speak to that Irish nutter Michael in the Yorkshire Tan. | |

| We stayed at your hotel from 23/2-28/2. Well, we thought a jeans had disappeared from our room when we shanged from 102 to 211, but when we came home it was there. So, we are so sorry if we caused any of you troubble! We feel so embarresed. Our stay at your hotel was very good, good location, nice rooms (a little bit too small), good breakfast , and quiet.Great service. It made our stay in London perfect. Again, we are so sorry about the jeans. It must be the age.... Best regards Torild and Kent |

| The service and quality of room was excellent, even though the room was somewhat small (ok for 2-3 nights). Breakfast was great! It was severed until 10am/10:30, so I still got a lay in. The location was fantasic and most places are within walking distance - I didn't use transport for the entire weekend. Would I use the hotel again? Yes, it was good value for money. |
